PivotRoots revamps Allcargo Gati’s website with enhanced UI/UX for seamless digital experience

Digital transformation agency PivotRoots, a Havas Company, has partnered with Allcargo Gati, a provider of express distribution and supply chain solutions, to revamp its website with an enhanced user interface and user experience (UI/UX).
The redesigned platform marks a strategic shift in Allcargo Gati’s digital presence, aimed at offering a seamless and intuitive experience for customers, partners, and stakeholders. Their website, features online shipment booking, instant quotes, and simplified user journeys reflecting the latest in design and technology.
Allcargo Gati delivers express distribution, logistics, and supply chain services including warehousing, storage, inbound logistics, line feeding, and e-commerce order fulfilment.
PivotRoots played a central role in redesigning the platform, integrating advanced UI/UX features and technology that align with Allcargo Gati’s evolution as a digitally enabled logistics leader. The new website includes animated line graphics representing the company’s nationwide logistics network, along with responsive navigation across devices for an on-demand experience.
Among the key additions are AI-enabled self-service features such as real-time tracking, booking, and pricing calculators. The site also includes dedicated sections on sustainability, tech-led innovation, and ESG achievements. A key highlight is the integration of Genie, a customer service chatbot developed by PivotRoots, to enable real-time assistance.
