Allcargo Gati Reports Strong Q3FY25 Earnings

For Q3FY25, Allcargo Gati’s revenue stood at Rs 392 crore, marking a 6 per cent YoY growth from Rs 371 crore in Q3FY24 and a 5 per cent quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) increase from Rs 374 crore in Q2FY25

Allcargo Gati, an express distribution and supply chain management companies, has reported robust financial performance for the third quarter of FY25. The company recorded its highest-ever quarterly volumes, driven by strong sales growth and operational efficiencies. EBITDA for the express business stood at Rs 22 crore, showing a 215 per cent year-on-year (YoY) increase, while gross margin saw a 22 per cent rise compared to the same period last year.

from Rs 371 crore in Q3FY24 and a 5 per cent quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) increase from Rs 374 crore in Q2FY25. The EBITDA margin improved to 5.5 per cent, up from 1.9 per cent in Q3FY24.

Commenting on the company’s performance, Ketan Kulkarni, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Gati Express and Supply Chain, stated, “Our Q3 results showcase a substantial improvement over the same period last year and the previous quarter. Focused sales growth initiatives and operational efficiencies have driven EBITDA expansion, strengthening our long-term growth trajectory.”

Kulkarni further emphasised the company’s commitment to modernising business functions, enhancing service capabilities and supporting MSMEs through an extensive logistics network. Improved transit times, superior traceability and increased connectivity remain central to Allcargo Gati’s growth strategy. Looking ahead, the company aims to sustain its momentum by leveraging its future-ready approach and expanding value-driven services for customers.

Allcargo Gati’s express business is housed under GESCPL, formerly known as Gati KWE (GKEPL). The company operates a nationwide network covering 99 per cent of India’s districts and benefits from its parent company, Allcargo’s global logistics network spanning over 180 countries.

Key business verticals include Express Distribution, Air Freight, E-commerce and First and Last Mile Logistics. Additionally, Allcargo Gati offers B2C services such as Laabh, Bike Express and Student Express.
