Allcargo Gati March 2025 Update: Volumes Jump 10.5% Over Previous Month Despite YoY Dip

Allcargo Gati Limited, formerly known as Gati Limited, released its operational update for the month of March 2025. As per the stock exchange filing dated April 21, the total consolidated volume (including surface and air express) stood at 105 kilotonnes (kt) in March 2025.

This marked a notable 10.5% increase over February 2025, where volumes were 95 kt. However, on a year-on-year basis, volumes were slightly down from 107 kt reported in March 2024.

Despite the marginal YoY dip, the month-on-month recovery indicates steady operational momentum returning in the final quarter of FY25, driven likely by improved domestic freight movement and seasonal tailwinds.

The company stated that the data was shared in compliance with SEBI’s fair disclosure regulations and represents a limited management review.

Meanwhile, shares of Allcargo Logistics Ltd surged sharply in Monday’s trading session, rising 6.39% to ₹30.62 apiece on the NSE. The stock opened at ₹28.78 and touched an intraday high of ₹32.37. With a market cap of ₹30.19 billion and average volume of 3.13 million, investor sentiment appeared upbeat following the release of March 2025 operational data from subsidiary Allcargo Gati, which reported a 10.5% month-on-month increase in consolidated volumes.
